Dog Tooth Code X8 Multicolour Braid is a high quality 8 carrier casting and/or jigging braid that's super smooth and changes colours every 10m. 8 carrier means there are 8 individual strands of PE braid woven around one another to create a much more rounded, smoother and strong braid.
There's no great advantage in using multicoloured braid with an electric reel setup because the reels already have line counters on them, but some people prefer the colour change anyway, and this particular Code X8 braid has become very popular due to its smoothness and knot strength.
