Platypus Pulse X8 Braid is a high-quality Australian Made performance braid with a round profile, thin diameter and incredible strength. Engineered for excellent knot strength, Platypus Pulse X8 is finished with Armour-X coatings for increased abrasion resistance, along with a hi-vis Aussie Green colour for excellent visibility and bite detection. The 'X8' refers to the braid's 8-carrier profile, where 8 individual strands of braid are wound around eachother to create its round profile, and increase its strength to diameter ratio i.e. stronger braid with thinner diameters.
