Sicut knives are high quality stain-free high carbon steel knives designed in Australia for Australian conditions. All knives are manufactured with an ergonomic, textured, slip-resistant, easy-to-clean polypropylene injected handle, which withstands both high and low temperatures. They have an impervious blade-to-handle seal that provides the utmost in sanitary qualification.

Their high carbon steel blades achieve a 55 Rockwell Hardness, with an individually ground and honed edge at a 25 degree angle, which makes them easy to sharpen and perfectly suited to any recreational or commercial use.

The canvas wraps are made with 14oz heavy duty poly/cotton grey rip stop material, and a heavy duty clear PVC front to easily identify blade shapes.
